How are our tees made?
We use a variety of application methods, including screen printing, direct to film transfers, and high grade vinyl.

What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time will be up to 10-21 business days and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. Please remember these items are handmade and custom made for you, so they do require a little time to create.

S H I P P I N G- We ship via USPS & UPS. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please contact us if you need additional services, such as priority mail, signature at delivery, or additional insurance, as these are available at an additional cost.

R E F U N D S- Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturing defect, please contact me immediately and we will resolve this issue. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing.
