All orders will be processed and shipped within 10-21 business days (Monday thru Friday, excludes holidays and weekends).

Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS. You will automatically be provided a tracking number to your email address when your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please contact us at tenaciousteesapparel@gmail.com if you need additional services, such as priority mail, signature at delivery, or additional insurance, as these are available at an additional cost.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control

We only offer shipping within the United States, and do not offer any local pickup options.
